Call Centre Training
As a part of Station-e’s ITES-BPO Training Program, ` Call Centre Training’, course adds a gem to your crown. In fact this course is a versatility generator. Through its stages like.

Basic: - [base building and brushing up of various parts of speech etc.] helps the candidate to feel comfortable while communicating in English.

Maximum Mobility: - [sounds, articulation patterns, `Voice and Accent’ including the rate, rhythm and process of speech.] makes the candidate confident

Option-I

Duration : 3 Months
Hours : 2 Hours a day for 6 days a week.

Option-II

Duration : 1 Month
Hours : 3 Hours a day for 6 days a week.

Option-III

Duration : 21 days
Hours : 2 Hours a day for 5 days a week.
