Station-e and CII  had organised its 1st Brainstorming Session : Key HR Challenges on 28 June 2013 at Station-e Language Lab,Rajkot with an objective to bring the HR Professionals from diversified industries and institutions to a common CII HR platform.

Following topics were brainstormed at the 1st session

2. Employee Engagement
3. Developing Leadership Skills
4. Cultural Transformation

17 HR Professionals from Industries/ Institutes which comprising of - HR Directors / HR Heads / HR Representatives participated and shared their concerns and views under guidance from experty faculty Mr Chetan Bhojani, who moderated the session.
